YMMV - Micro Center In-Store Only [I checked some other stores to make sure it wasn't just mine]

I've been checking prices of surface Pros for a few days and this just popped up. This seems like $400 off retail and a nice little deal on the new version. I did not check every other version on the site and there may be other deals there. I just wanted to post this as soon as possible.

I did not see other posts about this.

Good deal. Also Netflix now allows 4k HDR streaming on PC. The Surface Pro 2017 models are the only ones with 7th gen processors that Netflix allows to be used for 4k HDR streaming connected to a 4k monitor. The 2017 Surface Pro is capable of 4k 60Hz output.

Any way to sweeten this deal if you have both a Best Buy and Micro Center close by? Did you just pricematch to BB for BB points (I haven't been doing their points thing)?

If only the Chase Pay app rewards were available, those expired Feb 4. Beside the points I see nothing else redeeming from this. Due to those points I have a $5 off coupon, so I may bite on this.

I really wish MSFT held out for the 8th gen processors for this Pro.

Probably someone bought online and returned in store, those are some of the best discounts to be had at Target, but not reproducible.

They said someone brought online and it was sitting in shelf for few months. The tag was for $1399 and ask for more discount and manager dropped bit more.

Nice machine and SD for sure..

This is bare tablet without the keyboard or pen. The costco deal (4GB, 128GB SSD) at $799 is a better deal IMHO as it includes both accessories and also 2 year warranty (4 years if paid with Costco Visa).

The Costo deal is half the ram and half the hard drive. You can always buy a KB + Pen. You cant upgrade those features.

Had one in my cart yesterday, came back today, looks like they changed it to 999.99. Talked with customer chat, and they claimed it was never 899.99, even though it clearly was on their site for a few days. Too bad, was going to pull the trigger!
