I believe that this is a new model of the previous RoboVac 11 [amazon.com].

That has 3,388 Reviews and a 4.2 Overall Average.

Only one legit review... found the review on PCMAG for another one of their vacuums... so seems like a legit review... In for one (I am really hoping it is not as loud as my roomba as the review states)

For what it's worth, Eufy is one of the better sub-$250 robot vacuums out there. They're bump-and-go for the most part, but they do a pretty darn good job of cleaning compared to other low-price options. The Haier Xshuai is another good one that can be had for sub-$100, and it has better/more efficient navigation function.

Still, for $240, I would grab the Xiaomi vac for $40-ish more. Works with Alexa, extremely efficient navigation, stronger suction, and a bigger battery.

Edit: As mentioned above, the deal appears to be expired. There's still a $50 coupon that can be applied, but the free smart speaker deal looks dead. I might pull the trigger on the 11+ 2nd gen..

I have the 1st Gen Eufy 11. It does a very good job, however I have several obstacles in my house that it gets stuck on.

1. Shag rug - This is the worst offender. I have to block off the shag rug or I will find it stuck there every time.
2. Runner rugs - Eufy usually has no problem going *over* the runners, but occasionally it will pick up one of the corners of the runner and drag it until it's upside down or in a bundle on the floor
3. Stress Mats - I have "memory foam type" stress mats in the kitchen, and it will usually have no problem with going over and cleaning these. However because of their high profile, Eufy will sometimes get itself stuck at a weird angle where the wheels don't touch the floor and it can no longer move.
4. Round "disc-style" stool bases. We have 4 "retro style" stools that have round bases. Think of a barber shop chair. Eufy will climb up the base of the stool until it hits the center mast, and continue trying to climb it until it sometimes errors out there.
5. Power cords/plugs - If you leave any phone charger cords etc that are small enough, Eufy will eat them and drag them around until it errors out. I've yet to have Eufy do any real damage to a cord, and we try to remember to pick these items up.

That being said, compared to my old Roomba 4xxx series that I got 10-15 years ago, it is more quiet, but gets stuck much more frequently. Overall we love it, because it picks up SO MUCH DIRT even if we run it every day (2 dogs, 1 cat). With the nifty remote I will sometimes use it to herd the dogs or avoid the problem areas manually. I am thinking of replacing the Roomba with a 2nd generation Eufy (since we mostly love our 1st gen Eufy). The Roomba has burned through 3 batteries over the years and while it still performs admirably, it's too loud to run while trying to do anything productive or entertaining.

The 2nd Gen Eufy 11+ is also on sale for 179.99, https://www.amazon.com/gp/product...8NN3&psc=1
which Honey says is the lowest price in the past 6 months. This is similar to the OP, but without WIFI/Alexa integration and without "zone strips" to keep it out of certain areas.

I might bite on the OP unit, since it's a pretty good deal right now.

Sincerely - Actual person who has owned a Eufy 11 1st gen for 1 year now.
