Still grossly overpriced for the specs you get IMHO. It would be better to get a refurbished MacBook Pro for around the same price.

I definitely wouldn't get the 256GB one, but I think the 128GB is an okay price point for people who really want a new Mac. Although I do hear that the Apple refurbished units are pretty much indistinguishable from new units.

This is true. They get completely remanufactured.
