Coupon 18MNTRCC27 doesnt work and the other one takes off $20 which makes it 179 then a $20 rebate off that.

Cons for me: CA tax, white frame, 5ms, only 1080p res, and only HDMI & D-Sub connections. Even with all that, I'm super tempted to use this as my middle work monitor with two vertical 24" monitors on each side....

Picked up this monitor to hook it up to my Mac Mini mid 2010. Looked really terrible as far as pixelation. I researched and found that I needed to use the patch to force the Mac Mini to use RGB, but it is still pretty pixelated despite the system report in graphics saying it is forced RGB. I have tried both HDMI from the Mac Mini, as well as mini display to HDMI with the same result. I'm sitting about 2 feet away from the monitor. Is anyone else having the same problem?

I'm wondering if 2 ft is too close to display 1920 x 1080 on a 32" display without pixelation. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I had a similar problem with a monoprice monitor. Probably broken. I returned mine. I couldn't change the resolution it displayed at.

FYI the regular price of this now at Newegg is $199, but currently has a code of EMCPSRR44 to take $30 off bringing it down to $169 (no rebate needed). Free regular shipping or Shoprunner 2 day shipping. I figure I'll give it a shot & if I don't like it send it back via Shoprunner for free. Looks like it's still a pretty good deal if the monitor is halfway decent.
