My comcast speed is 30Mb. Speedtest for mobile devices 11-15Mb. Sometimes even less. I don't think usb port would be a problem for me. I haven't seen any usb 3.0 wireless adapters dual or single band.

Not really.
micro sd card price goes up. 2 years ago the price was cheaper.
hard drive price has been the same for 3 years.

Think you might mean "if wifi could". USB2 has no problems sustaining max transfer rates when the two devices are committed to talking to each other (i.e. its not a butt-slow flash drive or the PC isnt busy with 15 other tasks). And to the wifi point the adapter is "600mbps" but only 433 on one band and 150 on the other. Plot twist: these adapters NEVER work with both bands at once. So even if you pick 5.8ghz and get 433mbs link you wont need to worry about the usb bottleneck
