My prime sub ended a month or so ago, I renewed through the Ibotta app for another year, about a week ago. I used my same Amazon account and received the $20 Amazon credit no problem.

Never heard of them but it's just another cashback site like the blocked one?

Primarily a grocery rebate app..expanding to some mobile and online offerings.

I've gotten back a couple thousand in a few years time. It's legit.

In case you were interested:
Ibotta is definitely a legit cashback site for online shopping as well as a popular cashback app for tons of groceries and various products from supermarkets and other stores. Also, ibotta seems to have a lot more cashback offers for Amazon than other cashback sites do in general. I've used it for a few years now and had no problems. Check it out if interested.

Wow. A couple thousand. That's insane and impressive. Do you know if ibotta allows you to submit online receipts for offers or only physical copies? And you have any tips for using ibotta since you clearly know how to get the most out of it.

Too bad I'm probably not qualified since I'm running Prime monthly. I need to switch back to the year plan but get a free month here and there from late deliveries so it works out to the same.

Even with the year plan they extended it a month each time, I'm up to 6 months free since I started using the website Paribus to take care of it.

Isn't this effectively just $10 being as you already get one month free if a new Prime member?

Screenshot everything when dealing with these crooks. Rebates will disappear on you and they'll act as if they never existed.

I don't have thousands in savings, so not a pro user like LaylaStryker, but its an app that you install on your phone or mobile device. For grocery items the offers change about once a week. You add the offer to your account and scan the receipt (occasionally also the barcode) with your cell phone camera to get the cash back. For other things like movie tickets, priceline, amazon, you need to click on the link through the app, and the cash back gets added to your account after the order is processed. I have never scanned a receipt for a non grocery item. The cash back is stored in your account and at $20 you can request a gift card or a deposit to paypal. Sometimes they have offers to add bonus money to the cash back if you take gift cards.

Other than groceries, I have used it with Atom movie tickets. It can be combined with the T-mobile Tuesday discounts like the $4 movie ticket from this week. I also usually get more cash back from Priceline using Ibotta than I do with other cash back sites.
