Agreed, but it's a risk I'm willing to take. I have hundreds of DVDs that are collecting dust in storage and that I'll never use. Blu ray is becoming the new DVD and 4k is becoming the blu ray. As much as I'd love to own all physical, I'm not gonna spend $17-22 on each new release blu ray (or more on 4k) when it comes out, but I'm happy to dish out $5-7 for a new release code (or more, depending on many factors). In less than a year, I've collected 1505 digital movies and it would take me ten times that long to do that with physical. Disney isn't going anywhere, and neither is Walmart, iTunes, Google or Amazon. So, as long as the movies I'm buying are on those providers or port to those providers, I feel comfortable that my collection is safe for at least the next few years. I only buy UV movies on FandangoNow, since they will port to Vudu. I buy Disney on any of the other four providers, and everything else I buy on Vudu (still, only 12% of my library). About 85% of my movies come from codes, so I still feel like I'm getting my money's worth.

Agreed, MA support is the crucial selling point here.

Most people who collect digital movies and have enough brain to do their research and price shop. 🙄 FandangoNow has great sales and promotions all the time, and their 4k selection and pricing is far superior to Vudu's. Plus, they're getting ready to go MA.

I'm all for digital, but I'm also for tangible goods. What happens when Fandango shut down? Bye bye movies. You technically don't own the digital movies you're "buying". You're buying a license to watch it. I rarely buy digital Xbox One games.

lol Movies Anywhere. It's a Disney Service that enables movies by certain studios to port between Amazon, Google, Vudu and iTunes. (Meaning, once you buy a movie on one of those services, you can watch it on any of those services.) FandangoNow is getting ready to join.

Right now the 4Ks that really stand out with this offer are Blade Runner 2049 and Dunkirk. Both are $10, so the $20 credit would effectively make them $7.50 each. That's even better than the digital code trading/selling sites.

UPDATE: Use code VIZIO to make Blade Runner 2049 or Dunkirk $7.49. Credit to bru20. More sale 4K titles in his thread here.

There's also several 4K bundles for $22 ($5.66 per movie after the $20 cred) -

Lone Survivor, Great Wall, Everest [fandangonow.com]

Warcraft, Snow White & The Huntsman, King Kong (2005) [fandangonow.com]

Lucy, Oblivion, Serenity [fandangonow.com]

Fandango gift cards don't stack with promos making them relatively useless. Learned the hard way.

Edit: oh this is for their rental/streaming stuff, nvm.

They have it 4K HDR, not sure why you don't see it. It's $30 though...
