I have a similar set that I paid maybe 18 for. Scissor arm stand is usable. Mic is actually not bad with a decent preamp. Pretty quiet. The pcb has only tiny little caps and resistores, and the mic capsule is a pretty small electret capsule, I believe. These are not a traditional large diaphragm condenser mic like they are made to look like. However, I have to admit that they sound better than expected (at least mine did. Similar look but different branding)

I ordered the arm like the one in this bundle. I hated it. It was missing a piece and felt cheap. Wouldn't stay tight at all to hold the mic.

I got this on a similar deal some months ago. The mic sounds better than most headphone mics (according to my discord buddies), and the set up is straight forward. I would suggest getting a different/better arm eventually. The mechanism that holds the arm to the edge of the table hasn't lasted very long and is now barely holding on to my table.

There are definitely better mics out there, but for the price it's a solid upgrade from a webcam mic or a gaming headset.

Was it the scissor arm or the shock mount that gave you the most trouble?

I am looking at getting a scissor arm mount for my mic, but I've had plenty of desk lamps like that go bad and I am reluctant and would like to know.

Scissor arm. I bought the neewer one, and the clamp that attached to the desk clamp was wimpy. I ended up shelling out for a RODE because the other one just felt that cheap. Plus the swivel is very nice on the PSA1
