Costco Members Forno Magnifico Electric Pizza Oven with built in pizza stone $59.99 + Free Shipping

Makes great little pizzas and compares well to other refractory pizza ovens. 750 degree temp maximum. It isn't quite as nice as the brevillecrispy pizza oven that was frontpage at $100, but it serves the same function and is considerably less - and actually has a higher max temperature. Pretty good reviews on amazon(where it is $85)

This or the presto pizzazz?

IMO this not the presto. The presto is good for cooking pizza. This however simulates a brick oven. It allows you to get that crispy-chewy texture in pizza that you can only get in a brick oven and is another level. It is even hot enough to be a tandoori oven and make killer tandoori breads.

I'm having trouble finding reviews and discussion about this oven...

Anyone have experience with this or similar ovens? I'm wondering if it would be "good enough" to hold me over for a while until I buy a Blackstone propane pizza oven for outdoor use.

I own a nice $150-200 one and haven't really been impressed. I was kinda hoping for that huge difference similar to cooking a steak in a pan vs. grilling it. After trying it a dozen or so times and experimenting with it, I end up just using a bigger stone and throwing it in the regular oven. I dunno, maybe I just need to put more time and effort into the small fancy oven...seems like a waste of money so far though.

"Forno Magnifico"

That sounds somewhat familiar.

I am pretty sure I watched his movie somewhere. It wasn't Oscar quality but had lots of actions and actions...
