Newegg has SAMSUNG 960 PRO M.2 512GB NVMe PCI-Express 3.0 x4 Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) MZ-V6P512BW with Far Cry 5 cd-key for $299.

At first glance, it may not be a good deal for the lowest price in the history was $280 last year. But be noticed, this deal comes with a FAR CRY 5 PREORDER UPLAY CDKEY which worths $50 or more on PC platform since the game is not released yet.

Here are some listings for FAR CRY 5, FYI
Ubisoft Official Store for $59.99
Kinguin start from $54.77

Actually, the lowest price for the game will be as low as $47.99 if you
1. Play on PS or Xbox platform.
2. Have Amazon Prime.
3. Make the purchase on Amazon.
4. Choose CD instead of the digital edition.
5. Go for the standard edition.

If you missed the 960 Evo $199 deal days ago, you can go for 960 Pro with a 3A game key instead for $100 more. Later you can sell the game key or keep it for testing your newly upgrade PC.

Not bad at all if you were planning to get the game.

Ide wait for another 199 deal. Even if you sell the key - it is still more than the previous deal...

Unless you have a friend paying cash or work out a deal with crypto/bank to bank, paypal/ebay will eat some of it. This would further eat into the deal.
This has never been $200.....

The 500gb version was just $199 at B&H
That was for the EVO version, not the PRO.
Up to you if the price difference is worth it, but they're different products.

I've been shopping for 2x 1 TB m.2 NVME the last few days and from my reading, the Samsung Pro speed really will have no impact on day-to-day or gaming unless you're using this to constantly transfer very large files.

A large reason to get the pro models is for more reliability and a longer warranty. The performance is kind of just icing on top.
