unlimited plan 2 lines

328 131 March 8, 2018 at 03:44 PM
T-Mobile has $120/2lines but it's too expensive for me.
Looking for 2 lines under $80.
I know T-Mobile had $80/2 lines last year, is it possible to still get that rate?
Or does anyone know if T-Mobile will run another promotion this year?

Thanks!

Are you over 50? You can likely still get a rep to give you the 2 for $50 unlimited Tmobile One deal

I'm not, and I don't know anyone that's over 50 that can help me. But thank you though.

how much data are you using per month.

i suggest you go prepaid and cap the data at 10gb. from what ive observed all carriers are charging more for unlimited, and charging more for data in general.

just a few months ago i told someone about verizon prepaid, 2 lines for $80. now that deal is gone gone gone

if the second line is for a child, take them off unlimited (suggestion)

I use around 15gb, but I can live with 10gb. The second one is for my spouse and she doesn't even use 5gb lol

Customer service stinks with TracFone brands, but I haven't had major issues in 18+ years dealing with them (mostly TracFone directly, Pageplus and Straight Talk maybe 6 years).

2 lines, 15 GB, $60. Buy 5GB more as needed for $10, and the unused buy more data doesn't expire as long as service is active. https://www.totalwireless.com/wps/portal/home

That's awesome. How's network speed? I'm currently on T-mobile and think it's good.

I believe they use Verizon only but don't quote me on that. Other TracFone brands use GSM carriers too. TracFone brands had speed restrictions lifted for Verizon, so you'd likely get full speed, but you'd be deprioritized depending on congestion on your towers, so it would depend completely on your area. Where I am, doesn't matter. There's little to no congestion. At my house 10 miles from the tower with fair signal, behind many trees, and a signal booster I see close to 20 meg down at all times of day with TracFone and Pageplus. The tower tops out around 30 if I'm closer to it (probably less than 500 households on the tower), so it's not a full speed tower like by cities or towns.

Sprint, TMobile, and AT&T don't have any service at all where I am (30 to 70 miles for service), so I don't pay much attention to their offerings.
