Some people thought this was an invitation only deal, but the direct link seems to work even if you were not targeted. I wasn't, and I was still able to register for this deal. If you've previously redeemed similar deals, you may not be able to do this. FYI, I already had Chase QuickPay set up, so apparently, you don't have to be new to it either.
