My first post. I searched previous posts and did not find this TV below $1000. This TV has 240 Hz Motion Rate or 120 Hz refresh rate. The price $996.96 is shown in cart after providing the name and email address only. The page shows "Employee Pricing". I have just ordered one. Some cashback sites give 3% cashback for PC Richard & Son.

That's what she said.

Decent without epp/edu discounts. Been $979 plus $100 rewards from Samsung epp since Feb Plus free headphones.

detachable pedestal feet ("footprint" is 49-1/4"W x 11-7/16"D)

According to crutchfield:
https://www.crutchfield.com/S-DIB...U8000.html

So if your stand is 50" or more in size, you should be good!

I just wish it was 70 or 75. I hate going down in size from a 70 but mines a mid grade 1080.

So, comparative to the 6200-6300 series for $300 less, is this better choice?
Anyone know the distance between the feet on the stand?

I have this TV. Bought it last year when it was way more. Did a lot of research on the models available then when they first came out and landed on this one. Very solid, great picture.

Can you do me a huge favor and measure the distance between the feet? Smilie trying to make sure if it's on my stand!

I have this and wish I would've got the Sony 900E. It's a really solid tv but I still feel regret every time I see the 900E drop down to $1299. I paid right around $1000 through Samsung Unidays and couldn't justify going up to $1499 at the time.
