"once and done" is 20,000 hours MINIMUM of usability.

Thats 19 years using it every single day for 3 hours.

Thats 9 years, Monday through Friday, 8 hours a day.

You honestly think you wont be getting your moneys worth? LMFAO

Wow this is pretty neat! If they put in a projector with at least 500 lumens then this may be a buy.

Neat, but all proprietary projector parts? Are bulbs LED and once and done these days?

Very cool. The projector is detachable. That's a nice plus.

Wow, this is a great deal. Anyone know if it has a m2 slot so you can keep the hard drive, but use ssd for OS?

Crucial seems to indicate that the 610s can take an m.2 or a 2.5 ssd.

It also seems like it only has one ram slot, can't tell if its a ram soldered + slot deal or just a slot.

also, if I had to guess, this is the mobile 750 (Kepler, 384 cuda cores), not the desktop 750. and probably ddr3 on the 750. still very cool, and a separate gpu mitigates some of the single channel issues.

edit: the expired b&h link below indicated that the i7 version came with "NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2GB GDDR5 Graphics" which is a Maxwell gpu. if that's the case, then this model with the 750 probably comes with a Maxwell 750 (512 Maxwell cuda cores) and probably also comes with gddr5 as well.

yes its the same computer model/specs, but I got mine at the Lenovo outlet as a refurb for $465 w/ tax included.

I am typing on it right now. it really is an awesome computer and I am able to watch movies on the projector. pretty decent quality.
