You should post some real numbers. $10000 off? $10000 off what?

Does it stack with the $10,000 utility discount?

Otherwise, meh. These things depreciate very quickly/

Where are you even seeing this ?

I looked under "offers" and BMW/i3 and don't see it.

More than likely...it's a regional offer (like many of these are).

I know this might be a shock to some....but not everyone lives in places like LA or NYC Roll Eyes (Sarcastic)

Sales of the i3 are terrible. BMW is a day late and a dollar short. Range options on this thing make no sense. BMW differently didn't do their research and it shows.

$10,000 incentive on purchase

$500 incentive on lease

$10,000 incentive on finance

Did a simple search and a 2018 i3 is approx $53,500.

Not a fit for me. If you want one, it may be cheaper to lease and buy after. Of course, do your arithmetic.

In my case, the BMW i3 would be a great daily commuter. Obviously not for long trips, weekend vacations, etc without plugging in. For daily commutes, however, I certainly see its utility. Just stating my circumstances/thought process; no wrong or right answer here. Everyone's circumstances are different in terms of commute, money saved from gas, etc. If I were in the market for one, however, I would go with a three year old model with low mileage due to the quick depreciation as stated above. So, how would these incentives work if the sticker price is $53,000? If I finance, do the $10,000 incentives stack for a $33,000 price? Thanks

So your local utility companies have a deal with BMW for a $10k incentive on top of all the incentives for a purchase . Keep in mind this is before the tax break and other local and state rebates that you may qualify for.

Look at the Kia Niro LX PHEV. About 24k after federal credit. A much better vehicle.
