I got that model a year ago and it works very well. It has the helical blade which make it far superior to the typical straight blade seen on cheaper model. Two helical blades may be better but honestly I can't tell the difference (I have an old double blade). The only thing you might miss here is the auto stop feature than some nicer model have. With that you can push the pencil mindlessly and the sharpener stops when the pencil is fully sharpened. This models does not have it.

For $2 more went with the upgraded version with AC adaptor. These things are practically disposable nowadays... who remember the wall mounted hand cranked ones that lasted decades?

They worked a little too well IMO. You could turn a brand new pencil into a pile of shavings in no time if you weren't paying attention.

Seriously people?

You can tell this is a shill post from a mile away.

1. Post shows AMAZON in all caps an no brand name listed.
2. Junk company product on amazon with a "surprise" coupon code.
3. Fakespot "C" company that just relists the same products on Amazon under different AISNs once their product gets an F.
4. Several low rep posts, including an actual "purchaser." (right)

Good luck

Office Depot, Staples, Wal Mart....ALL HAVE BATTERY SHARPENERS FOR $5-$8. Wal mart has a couple name brand plug in ones for $10.

I'm not gonna search on amazon for you, since you're just posting for the company, but I'm sure they are there too.

What are you, the official anti-shill, protecting the masses from buying something you don't think they need? It's eight bucks... Less than my lunch today. Lighten up!
