Current mouse in trying to replace measures 3.73inches long/deep (uncomfortably small). Not much of an improvement. Thanks.

I don't think it's full sized. Thanks, though.

Probably not. In my experience, only laser mice work on glass desks and this one is LED optical.

A quick Google search seems to back that up. I think you need at least a laser mouse, and even then, not all laser mice work well on glass desks.

The glossy black looks like it could be a fingerprint magnet. Anyone who owns this can attest?

I do not recommend this mouse. I bought this a few months ago to replace my 5-year old Logitech M305 (probably discontinued now). My first impression was that this mouse has a lower quality than my old Logitech, however, I decided to keep it since it was working at least. Yesterday, the mouse suddenly stopped working just after just a couple of months. Changing the battery didn't help either. Still is under warranty but is probably not worth the hassle of going through the warranty. I will spend a few more dollars and buy a Logitech.

Can you tell me if the scrolling with the wheel is completely smooth or ratcheted (i.e. clicks during rotation)?
