As stated above, when it says Kona blend just pretend it didn't say Kona. Then assume it's completely ordinary coffee at best and your expectations will be met.

Costco has San Francisco Bay Gourmet Blend 100 k-cups for $19.99 (in warehouse). Much better deal overall.

What does the "Kona blend" compare to for those who never had this brand?

Yes, they are K-Cups. Same generic coffee taste they all share. On the upside, they are cheap.

This means it has some Kona (Hawaii) coffee in it, but the majority is something else. So basically they put something like 10% of the expensive Kona coffee in it so they can make people think its an expensive coffee.

I get this coffee regularly from Christmas Tree Shop. Yes, it's not the best coffee but it's cheap and good for office/waiting/visitors Keurig stations. Personally, I like the Kona and Italian roast blends, with the expectation that I'm drinking mediocre coffee

It's the worst coffee I've tried. Good for office, but visitors? Why would you serve something like this to guests?

Like I said, I don't find the taste to be too bad. Plus, if my visitors complain about free coffee then they can go f themselves. I hoard the good stuff for me

These are the first k cups I have been pissed at. The seal on the top is bad on the two 80 packs a bought. They explode all over the place mid brew. Both my co works and my wife were pissed at me for buying these.

-I have contacted the manufacturer, they are supposed to be shipping a box (hopefully 2) out in the next 3 to 6 weeks. If that happens, Victor Allen and I are cool again.

I'm actually a fan of Victor Allen coffee. It's definitely better than other generic coffee products. Their Kona is pretty good, and definitely as good as you can get for the price!
