Did amazon get rid of allowing S&S for addon items not meeting the threshold? I can't seem to S&S like before

Hi mrbear Smilie

This one isn't eligible for S&S.. it is "Add-on" item only.

Has Alexa been updated? I can't seem to work around ordering an add on without reaching the minimum order total. I added it to the cart and I usually tell Alexa to order what's on my cart and now what it does is it just adds one more to the cart instead of placing the order

Alexa just found it in my cart and ordered without any other items. So nothing changed for me. Thanks op.

Softsoap ranges from $.80 to $1 at many stores.....I kinda feel like if you were the type of person who NEEDED a 6 pack of these you'd just go to the store.

Of course, everybody's different and blah blah blah.....but this to me is the personification of an impulse buy (and wait, seeing it's projected 1-2 months) than a "slick deal" that needs to be jumped on ASAP (like when seventh generation has their dish soaps for around $7 for a 6 pack on Amazon....)

Finally, you need to either purchase $25 worth of items to obtain it OR speak to your Alexa app, which of course means you have to put in additional work (even if minor) just to obtain this "deal"....that may just saved you a bit of time in Walmart or whatever ungoldly store you deplore in life.

Not a good deal.

that's never been a uniform thing for all add-ons.
if you previously had S&S for this particular item, Amazon made the decision to discontinue the S&S option.

I got a strange error message that I've never seen. I've never ordered this specific product before, although I have ordered Softsoap. When I try to add it to my cart I get:

"You have exceeded the max quantity for this item"

My cart is empty. I can't remember if I've ever had Softsoap S&S before. I wonder if that could be the reason for the message?
