ALLPOWERS Portable Charger 20800mAh Power Bank $15.39

ALLPOWERS has their 20800mAh power bank on sale for $27.99 - 45% Off = $15.39 with promotional code VBTETNTJ.

I found this when I was looking for a power bank at Amazon. I checked and found that it was $15.95 on SD before.

$15.39 seems to be a good price for a 21K MAh

After a month. One of the USB port slipped back inside the charger. Only one USB port left (2.0)

Price is telling me yes, but reliability is saying to avoid. Anyone know how often +20k mAh batteries go on sale like this?

I have one, price is good, no QC, so charging is pretty slow. 2.5hrs.

Would not buy again

Once a month approximately about the same price as this is. Aukey and Anker brands are somewhat trusted. I haven't heard of this brand yet.

Set up an alert and wait for a while if not urgent.

I only buy Anker. You get what you pay for. Buying "cheap" power banks is penny wise and pound foolish. Learned this years ago. Now I spend more (a lot more, honestly) but all of my cables, adapters, batteries are Anker brand and while they cost a lot more total ... the damn things just work and on the rare occasion they fail, Anker has great support and replaces them with no hassle. Just some advice.

Is that from 0%-100%? Assuming that this is 20k mAh and the charging rate (at best) is 2A, would it not take at least 10hours (in a perfect world) to fully charge it? Or is their battery not as stated

I can vouch for

Anker, RAVPower, Aukey, Pisen, Zerolemon, Mophie...

I'm sure I'm missing some... but at least those

I think xevoxrsx was referring to the charge time of his/her cellphone and not the power bank.

Should be faster than 10 hours unless the charging circuits have horrible efficiency. The 20800mAh rating is at 3.7V (li-ion nominal voltage) while the 2A is at USB's 5V.

I did buy a few Aukey 20000 models around Xmas at $19.99 or thereabout...big and bulky, very heavy, but decent for the price. I still don't use them for anything important, but I'd trust it over any of these no-name specials which really aren't but $5 to $10 cheaper than a reputable brand to begin with.

It's says QC in the webpage. Look at the tittle for the charger and the description of the product
