I really don't understand why sceptre don't work with roku or enable chromecast to make smart TV's. I rather pay $10-30 extra to get this feature.

It rivals OLED? *SMH*
Ignorance is bliss eh? Read reviews before defending overpriced tech. But I'm sure it doesn't matter to you as you watch stuff on your OLED when you're not cruising in your Lamborghini. In case you forgot, this is a deals site. Facepalm

Vizio is a better brand, and only sells for $140 more for an upgrade to 120Hz, smart capabilities and LED backlighting at Walmart as well. How is this FP and not that one??
Link? Cheapest 65" Vizio I can find is $628, which is $170 more. That's a decent amount for nothing more than a (somewhat better) brand name and 120hz.

And unless it's the Vizio P series it's not 120hz.

Hint: It's not

2 homie shelters in my nyc area . I see so many poor people on fifth ave ,2 homeless shelter for the bums in my area could use nice TV's ,i ordered 2 for each shelter. I have lived in this city on fifth and park for quite a while and have family that live on one57 in manhattan for some time . I vomit seeing the helpless bums begging when most people in this area are darn clueless . Please help if you can pm for shelters indicated ....it is really bad seeing these bums urinating and begging in a nice city like ny what has our mayor done .............nothing !!!!
I am thinking your logic is this. If there inside watching 65" TVs in glorious color they'll use shelter bathrooms instead of street? The local Sheraton in my nabe is already housing them. They have their own TVs in each room plus maid service! Thank you, Mayor DiBlasio! p.s. We now have panhandling at major intersections in the area that we never had before. Can't wait for the warm weather!

I think the Best Buy recycling program varies by state. In California, they'll take just about anything for no charge. In Ohio, they tried telling my friend it would be a $30 recycling fee to drop off an old tube TV so he just left it in their lobby.

Septre is not well known in the TV brand, but they have been making excellent PC monitors for at least a decade. I've bought 5 of their 55" 4K models and haven't had any issues so far 6+ months later. My only complaint is you get what you pay for here, no frills TV, kind of thick and average build quality. But can't beat the price, and I've definitely seen worse quality, just don't expect Samsung or LG looks for this price.
I have a few of the 55 inch models running for about three years with no problems. We have run dish network with an HD Box, and picture looks good. I have also ran amazon fire stick and xbox one on the other, really good picture. Good price for the size. No extra features, just a big tv with a clear picture. Im in for one more.

Is it a smart TV?
No, but its cheaper to put a fire stick or chrome cast into it. Netflix, amazon, pandora, Hulu, and most steaming services can be found on most devices. Smart TV = waste of money

Not really. If you want to go ever so slightly bigger and you need 4K, then sure. But otherwise i went from a 55 to a 65 and the difference isn't even that big to me. You should hold off, unless you want nothing more than a cheap, decently solid 65" hdtv.
