Love this stuff but the sodium in it can choke a salt shaker.

Don't dump the entire packet of seasoning in, which will make it way too spicy anyway, unless you love spicy food or are immune to it. I only use 1/3 to half the packets and it tastes fine.

exactly, I usually use the full package since I'm spicy lover, but when at night i don't want to have that spicy acid feel, I would use 1/3. They didn't make you use the full package really.

For ramen, I always just use enough of the seasoning packet so that it taste just good enough, it's healthier than just dumping everything in. For those that also come with a packet of oil, I've found I can't tell the difference when I add it versus not so I just stopped adding it in.

Oh come on people, if you're going to eat pre-packaged ramen, put in however much of the packet you think makes it taste the best. If you want to eat something healthy look elsewhere! It's a cheap and convenient pleasure food.

Using half the packet for the healthiness of it is like scraping the cream out of an Oreo cookie because it would be healthier. If you're going to eat that Oreo, just eat the whole thing and enjoy it!

If anyone is still interested in this in the East Bay, the Concord Costco also has this on sale for the same price. Picked up two this afternoon.
