I've had a GooLoo for a while now. A smidge lower model than this I purchased on sale at $30. It has sat in 100 degree summer heat and below 0 winters in a car without an issue. Someone said not to do this, but if you keep it out of the vehicle it's useless. I do check on it and keep it charged. But has worked like a charm every time I've used it. These tiny devices still aren't mainstream yet, so it's comical when you pull it out to jump start a strangers car. And they laugh. Right until they're back running.

"I don't know, why don't you GOO and LOOk."

Sorry, couldn't help it.

Shipping is free either way since it's over $25. Pretty tempted since a Schumacher jump starter I had for a few years finally stopped working, this is also way smaller.

Always a little skeptical of brands with these. But Gooloo seems to have several models all with good reviews that look genuine.

This looks like one of the better ones posted in the last couple of months. Does anyone else have any experience or would be kind enough to provide additional input? Thanks!

Does this works well as a powerbank as well?

I have used two different ones from two different brands, this is my third from another brand. As long as the Peak is on the higher side 500+ you should not really have any problems starting a car with any of these. Honestly they are all the same in the long run, I just look for ones that have high capacity batteries as my secondary use, so I can use them as backup power sources sometimes.

I even bought the nifty premium tire inflator separately from Gooloo cause it seemed very useful as long as the digital gauge is accurate which I will test when I get it.

Thanks and reps for a quick response.

I wanted to buy a powerbank but if this deal is good, it does'nt hurts to get the jump starter as well. Or its not recommended to use this primarily as a powerbank?

I have the 450A version, jump-started a 2008 VW 2.0L gas engine with only 2 turns (and I didn't follow the instructions about using the boost button either!), so good experience so far.

Nope thats perfectly fine, some of these banks advise not to try to jump start a car if the battery is below 25% others if the battery is under 75% only thing to look out for. I believe this one was a 25% one, so if you drain the power bank don't expect to be able to jump start a car till you get it recharged past 25% again.

Are these safe to leave in the trunk for months long? I worry about the battery exploding with heat. Here in southern CA can get over 100 degrees for multiple days during the summer.
