BCAAs are worthless. Any one who disagrees doesn't know what they are talking about. BCAAs are consistently found on the list of supplements that are not needed. Same with glutamine.

Depends what you are doing. If I am taking them while cutting then they are good but if I am taking them while getting plenty of protein then they are not needed.

"People that prefer to go to the gym before eating, or while fasted, can supplement BCAAs to take advantage of the improved muscle protein synthesis effect without breaking their fast by consuming too many calories. Otherwise, BCAA supplementation is unnecessary if you're already getting enough protein."

If you look closely, these flavors are good best consumed before July 2018. I doubt they will go bad for at least a couple of months after this, but keep that in mind!

I agree....I am currently supplementing both, but will discontinue. I did see what the other poster said that it helps when fasted, which is why I wanted to try it. No noticeable effect.
