need recommendation for secure deleting of select files (sanitizing to prevent file recovery)

I am looking for a good program that allows the user to right click a file and to securely delete it, aka "sanitize" or overwrite the file several times so it cannot be recovered.

Users are in windows 7, 8.1. and 10 pro.

Free is good but considering this is a business expense, I am ok with paid if it's low cost for multiple copies/licenses for the program.

Then try some free file recovery apps to see if you can get a file back.

Why do conservative politicians oppose conservation?
Have you ever stopped to think the long-term GOP immigration policy might be to make the United States of America a less desirable place to live than Mexico?
