I saw this at a Target store in Portland, OR but YMMV:

Buy select AT&T Prepaid phone's and a $45 or more Refill Card, Get a $25 Target Gift Card.

Also in Target and Best buy stores: Buy the AT&T Prepaid iPhone SE for $194.99 and get the iPhone SE + $45 Future account credit*. $45 Account credit acceptance offer expires 90 days after purchase.

*Note: Account credit for New and Existing AT&T Prepaid Customers.

**For New Customers: Activate both the iPhone SE AND the Sim card that came with it within 90 days to receive $45 account credit.

**Existing Customers: Activate both the iPhone SE AND the Sim card that came with it, once activated and those requirements met account credit will show up within 91 days.

****Note 4: AT&T Prepaid iPhone SE is not unlockable until 6 months of Active AT&T Prepaid service requirement has been met. So far the wording does not state a specific plan so really at this time any AT&T Prepaid plan counts. MVNO's Don't count towards 6 month time frame.

*****Note 5: The AT&T Prepaid iPhone SE can be used on AT&T Postpaid, AT&T Prepaid, Cricket, H2O, Airvoice, RedPocket(GSMA), Straight Talk(Blue sim) without needing to be unlocked.

Yes it is but I have the Verizon Version that cost me $99 back in February through Walmart. Super deal!!! Plus it can be unlocked after three months of service instead of six.
