Googling the part number 455303 says Gen 2.

From the article (referring to Gen 1 vs. Gen 2 & 3):

The newer bulbs shine at 800 lumens at their max, whereas the old bulbs can only get up to 600 lumens at their brightest. This means that the newer bulbs are 25% brighter.
White Bulbs –
Hue Lux (model id LWB004) – white, 2700K only
Hue Dimmable (model id LWB006/LWB007) – white, 2700K only
Hue White Ambience (model id LTW004) – white, 2000K-6500K,

And what does this tell me exactly? This information is listed under Gen2, and does not make any comparisons against Gen3 of the white bulbs.

Just FYI - the term "brighter" is not well defined. Perceived brightness is roughly a square root rule. As in 25% more lumens would probably be perceived as squareroot (1.25) = 12% perceived brightness increase.

I've been debating getting a square bridge (I have the circle one) but I don't need new bulbs. Is this square bridge the same as the one that comes with the latest generation bulbs? On Amazon the bridge itself is $52, so this would be a good deal for the bridge alone.

Every article I've found indicates that Gen 3 changes focused on Color quality. I take it to mean no meaningful changes in White between Gen 2 & Gen 3.
