Found these on sale when clipping $20 off coupon with free ship and no tax. Lots of good reviews, although I'm not sold on LED aftermarket bulbs for headlamps - I'm getting mine for my fogs Peace

Just so everyone is aware, here is a review from Amazon-

HIKARI LED Headlight Bulbs Conversion Kit -H11(H8,H9),CREE XHP50 9600lm 6K Cool White,2 Yr Warranty

NOT DOT APPROVED!!!!!! FALSE ADVERTISING!!!!

ByPremium Reviewson May 30, 2017

The seller claims the headlights are DOT Certified and registered with U.S. DOT. They include two letters showing what they claim to be confirmation that the lights are DOT compliant. They also outright say they are street legal. After doing some research, I found that,

* The DOT does not certify headlights. The DOT makes it clear that headlights can only be "DOT Compliant." Saying that they are approved or certified by the DOT is false as the DOT does neither.
* These headlights are NOT DOT compliant. Retrofitting LED headlights into a halogen housing as these are designed to do does not comply with DOT standards. As far as I can find, no aftermarket LED headlights are DOT compliant.
* Both letters the seller is using as proof of DOT certification are fake. As stated earlier, the DOT does not register that headlights are compliant. Also, the first letter is full of spelling and grammatical errors and has a logo which was likely drawn by a five-year-old. The second letter which looks like it was made to look like it was from the DOT is also full of spelling and grammatical errors, and for some reason seems to have the signature poorly photoshopped onto the letter. I cannot imagine a letter of this quality ever coming from a government agency on an official document.
* They are not street legal. Retrofitting LEDs or HIDs into halogen reflector headlights is not legal for street use, and can only be used off road

Well, I these came in today, and I must say they are AWESOME for fogs! Like any led, they dont focus on a spot ahead on the road (so they suck for low beams), but they light up everything all around. Extremely happy for fog lights...

Aren't you the same guy that posted the deal? I got my led bulbs from aliexpress for only $15. Why pay more than that when they are all manufacture from the place, China

Not sure what these guys are complaining about. These LED's are awesome. Whether you use them for low beam, high beam, or fogs. They DON'T blind oncoming traffic and they do light more of the road than halogens. See the review comparisons.

Also, another user stated it is a C on fakespot, this is incorrect. It is a B.

One last thing, @OP I'm pretty sure it's 20% and not $20, please fix if so. FREE 1 DAY SHIPPING with prime, which is very nice.

I have these for both hi and low beams. They don't have a cutoff which is expected with halogen housings, but they definitely look great and throw the light further down the road. I like them, no issues with them yet.
