These BLOW. I wouldn't deal with Lenovo again if they paid me.

Their customer service is nearly as bad as my ISP.

I wouldn't expect much customer service from any android phone manufacturer other than Google...for the first two years anyway.

I don't know Lenovo mobile market strategy. It seems too many devices from Moto last year.

Before they were bought out by Lenovo.. crap issues but at least their customer service didn't blow comparative donkey chunks.

I've never had a problem with any of my galaxy devices.. ever. I think my husband is Moto cursed.

It's a fun paperweight.. point being no warranty don't expect more than a month of use.

Definitely don't think these grade b refurb units, with only a 30 day warranty, are worth more than $200 max.

Were these $175 or less maybe? Might be. But not at this cost, no.

Edit: Should say, this was in reference to the Z2 Force and Z2 Play.

Have a moto x pure and a moto z2 force. Love both. Very reliable so far. Moto mods are great. Being able to easily switch between wireless charger and battery pack is awesome.

maybe I got lucky, but I've owned multiple moto phones throughout the years and never had a single issue with any. Most recent was a Moto Z Droid, and no complaints.
