Just be aware that this company is very prone to mistakes.

I bought this exact model from them in white a few weeks back. First they sent me a 1300W, 1.6 cubic foot model in stainless steel/black. It's also potentially defective, but haven't had a chance to test it more. When the wrong model arrived, I filed a return request, they shipped out another microwave about two days later and then told me to keep the incorrect one. Second microwave arrives and it's still the wrong color (I confirmed I ordered white with them three separate times), but it is at least the correct 1000W, 1.1 cubic ft one. Rather than sending a replacement they just refunded the entire order.

I ended up with two free microwaves (one that's possibly defective) so I'm not here to complain, only to provide a heads up. It's not just my experience either. If you read the recent negative feedback you'll see plenty of complaints about receiving incorrect items.

I had the same experience was sent wrong item first, which btw was defective. Had to make sure they send me the right one the second time, it was a pain and it took a while

They also have the same spec Bella model with a push button door for $37 after coupon. [ebay.com] The keypad layout and overall design are nearly exactly the same as the Farberware so I'm fairly confident the same parent company is producing both brands.

You expect me to read the description? It's bad enough I have to read the title and click the link!

Did they request that you return it? Even without having to send back the first one, the whole process took awhile for me as well.

I understand you got the wrong color the second time but did you really have to ask for a third one to be shipped out? I am guessing you asked that because you obviously complained about the second one being the wrong color...not trying to be mean so dont take it that way but this small seller lost big with you...I'm a seller on Ebay as well and while I know they made a slight error, fees and shipping are expensive, and bad feedback hurts....If I were you, I would have just kept both, sold both on CL or elsewhere, and not shop there ever again, not complain the second time...Or when they refunded your entire order, I would have contacted them back and said, WOW, thank you so much but I feel guilty about you doing that, the microwaves are still usable, so I am sending back half my payment to try to help out with shipping fees and costs of the microwaves, just please try to check the items before shipping next time to people ...do you see what I'm saying? You got 2 free microwaves....shipped to your door...for free...and they got screwed...Most small Ebay sellers make chump change already, I know this is SD, but man, this seller probably lost $50 (or more) on you alone...I hope, at the very least, you left positive feedback, not even neutral, and definitely not negative

There are so many assumptions in this response I don't even know where to begin. Get your facts straight, then you can pass judgement if you still feel inclined. Until then, keep your presumptuous opinions to yourself. And as for selling fees, I know exactly how it works. I've been an eBay and Amazon seller for nearly 10 years (100% positive feedback on eBay).

This company (not an individual seller) does not deserve your or anyone else's sympathy. They sent a replacement and refund all on their own and that was their choice with zero input from myself. I never requested anything beyond a return/exchange for the original item. Even if I wanted to have a further discussion with them it would have been next to impossible as all of the messages I received from them were prefilled. And when I contacted them about still receiving an incorrect item on the second attempt, I never received any response beyond an automated refund confirmation from Paypal. That was the end, I did not request a third unit as you assumed.

You also conveniently glossed over how I mentioned that the first unit I was sent is potentially defective. If that's the case, the seller did me no favors as I'll not only have to bring it to the dump, but pay a few bucks to dispose of it as well.

OK all I needed to do was read the first couple of sentences and then know exactly what type of person you are, you are an eBay seller nightmare, not going to read further, feel free to respond again but I will no longer see your messages, not going to waste my time on people like you, i'm sure you have a very happy life LOL , have a great day... smh

Guess that's why I have 100% lifetime feedback. Again, you're making more baseless assumptions. Even more so considering you didn't read my entire comment.

The merchant selling these microwaves is under the umbrella of this company - www.synergyrecommerce.com [synergyrecommerce.com] - an inventory liquidator and refurbisher. If this was a small, individual seller who was personally communicating with me, the case would have played out similarly to how you recommended it should have. An individual seller would deserve thanks and praise for going above and beyond to make customers happy when they stand to lose so much. A company with nearly zero communication that doesn't read their order invoices or customer messages and continually screws up deserves nothing.

I don't understand why you felt the need to comment anyway. I never said anything overly harsh or unfair about them to begin with.

Need a new microwave at work but your comments are giving me some pause. Think it's worth the risk at this price or hold off for another deal?

It depends on if you need a microwave right now or can potentially wait up to two weeks if the seller makes a mistake. They ship from Tennessee so initial shipping speed and the possible replacement shipping speed depend on your proximity to there. These definitely are a great deal (at typical retailers they're $80-$100 with strong customer reviews) and no matter what it will work out in the end.
