This Chase Ink Cash card is my favorite card out of ALL the Chase cards. I get 5X on Amazon, and many other retailers! And gas is 2X too and no annual fee. Ink preferred is only good for the initial bonus, it's not good for collecting points after that so you'd probably cancel when the AF hits for the 2nd year.

What is AF?

Wasn't sure if I was over 5/24 or not, but I applied and was approved.

To my knowledge business cards do not count towards 5/24 but do require you to be under 5/24 for approval (besides being preapproved)

I hate the 5/24 rule!
What is 5/24 rule? Thanks in advance.

You can only apply (and receive bonuses for) five Chase cards within a 24 month period. So keep that in mind when/if you start churning through Chase cards. The Sapphire Reserve and Business Ink are the two juiciest (IMVHO).

It's all cards, not just Chase. You can't have 5 credit cards in 24 months.

Chase specific is that you cannot apply and receive bonus for any same card every 24 months.

EDIT: The "Chase 5/24" rule, as it is commonly called in the miles and points community, refers to the reality that even a perfect credit score isn't enough to get you approved for many Chase rewards cards. If you have opened five or more new credit card accounts in the past 24 months, you won't be approved for a new Chase card.

Note that this doesn't just refer to the number of Chase accounts you opened in the past two years, but rather the total of all new credit cards you have opened across all banks.

Just my luck, I applied for this about 2 months ago when the reward was $300. In any case, it's a great card.

Are you differentiating "Business Ink" and (this) "Ink Business Cash"? In other words, they are not the same, right? I appreciate informed opinions, so thanks in advance.

I'm going to have to change the payment method on my A7III preorder to this card and that will take care of most of the spending. Great timing, maybe I should get 2 A7IIIs now.

Thanks too. I'm getting some dental work done in two weeks and I'll have to pay then. This will be cutting it close. Would be nice to take $500 off the dental bill...ugh
