I'm pretty sure it will, but you probably want to test it out thoroughly in the first few weeks, and return to amazon if any issues.

well, I ordered, but it sure doesn't seem like you get a manufacturers warranty, and credit card warranties only expand on the manufacturers - so now I'm reconsidering. It's a bit of a risk.

There's other 55" TVs that are 20% off including LG OLED models in case anyone is interested. I ordered a Sony 55 900e that suppose to arrive today so will report on the condition when it arrives and turned on. It's marked very good and I still get 30 days to return to amazon so I figure it's worth a gamble

Should put "used" in the title.

My net cost after taxes would be about $750. The $799 deal from Fry's is definitely YMMV, depending on your area (I am not near any stores, and they wanted to charge me $850 for delivery fee).

You can get the set brand new from B&H for $950 (after $50 gc).

Looking forward to the report, I hope these are actually more toward "like-new" condition. Mine arrives Tuesday.

That's interesting because I am 100% sure there is NO way you could know if a WD item still has a warranty. Most Warehouse Deal items are covered by the original Manufacturer Warranty from the original purchase date. I have purchased 20+ electronic warehouse deal items and every single one had a valid warranty and 90% of them still had 70% of the original warranty left. Of course some of them were originally purchased more than a year ago and so the warranty was expired but it was a valid warranty. JUST a month ago I purchased an Asus Warehouse Deals laptop which had 10 Months of warranty renaming! Needless to say there is no way to know the warranty until you receive the item and contact the manufacturer with the serial number. If the item was recently released your almost 100% guaranteed to still have the warranty. I purchased a Galaxy S8 from Warehouse Deals 6 months ago and what do you know!? It had a warranty for 11 more months because Samsung's system had record of the original purchase date from Amazon (as new of course)
Now If the item is covered by Amazon warranty (like some watches are) Amazon will cover the item as if it were purchased NEW. If there is a manufacturer warranty it goes by original purchase date.... usually.
PS: This isn't a perfect science and some manufactures are picky about proof of purchase but I just tell them it was a gift and they accept that. MOST don't need a receipt since the Serial is good enough so YMMV.
