Note: this is the 7567 model without Thunderbolt 3. The 7577 with a GTX 1060 + Thunderbolt 3 should be able to be found for not too much more.

Actually you can pick up a refurb 7577 with a 12% off coupon for under $700. Not as good of a deal as last week when they were $600 but still pretty good.

Needs at least a 1060 6GB GDDR5 RAM to be a Slickdeal. Also, a fingerprint sensor & backlit keyboard as well.
I believe it has a red backlit LED keyboard.

They really need to lower this to about $550 to move these old machines. The new G series not only have 8th gen processors, but Thunderbolt 3 starting at $100 more than this older model. With the addition of Thunderbolt 3, you can use an external GPU giving your laptop a little future proofing.

I'm hoping that the low price point for the G3 means that Dell and Walmart will strike a deal to sell them at stores. Then when the refresh inevitably comes, Slickdealers can feast on the clearance deals.

Isn't the Costco one a better deal if you dont need TB3? Same specs but $100 cheaper.

Dell is clearly stock on gaming laptops from last year to make room for this year. Don't buy this wait for the new one to come out is only going to be $100 more. For me to buy last GEN the price will have a come down to under 500 for me to even consider it.

Looking a lot more pricy to still get just a 1060max-q. I would not spend the extra.

No. Costco has a 1050. This link is for a 1050ti. I would not settle for a 1050 if I was a gamer.

That one has a 1050, this one has a 1050ti. Neither have TB3.

Up to you if the ti is worth $100 more.
