Great price.
Only wish Amazon would price match for AIV so we could use digital credits!

repped - not that Discombobulated needs it. SD Staffer who actually still posts legit deals.
Name brand items from major retailers that are great prices.

Surprisingly good Hard SF movie with a solid science, flawed but believable characters, and a very nice extrapolation about how AI technology (given the cover art I don't think that's a spoiler) is going to have to develop and a very troubling implication on how the development itself will have to play out. I had a single niggling issue on a technical but significant issue (not SF but already currently available) but it didn't nuke my ability to suspend disbelief.

According to Amazon's definition [amazon.com]:
Quote :
DVD or Blu-ray with Digital Copy –

This product includes a digital copy that is compatible with iTunes and Windows Media.
I think there is a file on the disc that requires playback in iTunes or Windows Media Player (ie: it is not available through a streaming service).

edit: the file may be on the disc or it may need to be downloaded from iTunes/elsewhere but in any case it's not redeemable through a streaming service.

That doesn't sound like it meets the definition of digital. Windows media player can already play DVD (with the codec installed) files from the disc. It is available to stream from Amazon Video, perhaps it might be that version (4k).

Sure it does, digital does not mean 'streaming'. That's how they have done it for years before services like UltraViolet. It's similar to how (at least in the past) you bought music digitally from iTunes. It wasn't streaming, you were getting DRM protected mp3's for local playback.

I suggest you read the various options described on Amazon's help page. It's pretty clear when what is included is a redeemable copy from a cloud-based streaming service vs a file stored on the disc/downloaded through iTunes.
