I paid $94.59 for this one using the 25% off Google Express code last month. Slightly less watts, but seem pretty similar. I think there's a 20% GE code now so I could get another for even less.

The general consensus is cyber power better then apc for these home ups units correct? Any idea if they have usb port to auto shutdown computers.

Cyberpower has USB to shut down windows computers however they don't work with a lot of NAS appliance boxes. Even the cheaper APCs can communicate with most NAS boxes for autoshutdown

I figured, but a UPS won't work correctly if plugging into another UPS, or surge protector.

Yeah, the pure sine needs to be downstream connected to clean up the stepped sine power. And remember that UPS-RAID is not a backup. Use Cloud UPS for offsite recovery for DR scenarios...
