The Visas are pretty safe to keep in general. However, I still try to liquidate them within a week to avoid issues. Master Card are the ones you want to stay away from or liquidate within 24 hours or sooner.

Do these come with a PIN? And what's an easy way to liquidate these? Just signed up for couple of CCs and trying to meet the minimum spend. Thanks.

Yes, last 4 digits of the card. MO's at grocery stores/ WM. (not as easy as it used to be so YMMV)
