Should note that this is not considered a really portable laptop. Weighs in at 4.63 lbs. Looking for something lighter myself, but good deal if you are willing to bear the weight for the graphics card

Not many laptops that are 15.6" are portable in terms of weight. Rarely goes below 4lbs.

If I'm looking to play games how will this fare? Is there anything it wouldn't be able to play?

SOLDERED RAM. 8gb is the max this laptop will ever see. can't upgrade. If 8gb is enough for you and your future with this laptop then this isn't a bad deal.

I'd pay a little more and get at least a 1050Ti or a 1060.

This likely won't get you far.

Yep just noticed that. Costco has another model without the graphics card at 13 inches. Assumed this one to be the same

I bought this 2 months ago from Costco @ 649 and absolutely love it. Build quality is great and doesn't get hot and pretty fast for generic use although I don't play games. I'll highly recommend.
I'm not sure if Costco will price match it after 2 months. Anyone has experience?

The MX150 is the same chip as the GT 1030 and clocks should be around the same. BTW, all the GTX mobile chips are within 20% of their desktop counterparts.

Not superfast, but should be able to play just about anything at 720p.

I just bought a LG Gram 15, which is 2 something pounds. Feels great, but the offset keyboard (because of number pad) is driving me nuts.

Price adjustment policy is 30 days.

Return policy is 90 days on electronics. (You can purchase and rebuy if its worth the hassle to you.)
