Yep, bare tool is $149.99 in stores, so this isn't a huge premium to get the whole kit.

Nice find, apples to apples you'd be at $200+ with sales tax for the HD combo, while the Tool Barn option gives you the same combo, minus the AX blade, but including $30 worth of tools of your choice (blades for the saw, hand tools, etc..) to get free shipping at the same $200 price point.

I got this on a HomeDepot daily deal listed Mar26 on Slickdeals without the blade for $159. Very nice Hackzall.

If it was on HD daily deal once it may come to same price again at a HD weekly. I suggest wait unless need right away.

They also had the Ax carbide at 2 for about $10.
