It is just petroleum and mineral oil so why? They sell giant tubs of this for cents per oz. This is for parents that only buy brand name diapers with rhinestones.

Anyone who has used both Desitin and this for diaper rash, what are your thoughts? Is this better, worse, or the same?

I started using this product when my son was born. Then shortly after, all my family loves this item. My mom uses it on her chapped hands, my uncle uses it to treat eczema (yes, eczema on adult), and my husband uses it as "skincare" in winter. So this has been a regular stock in my house and my relatives'. Highly recommend to everyone.

I only used this one. But it is fantastic on treating diaper rash, and all the others.
