I'll be waiting years for ddr4 16gb to go back to $100...

And back when I built my current rig I thought I was getting scammed for paying 100...

What's happening to this world?

either a big conspiracy to keep DDR4 ram prices up, or a shortage of computer ram due to the increase in Smartphone ram demand

This has heat sinks. It's more to the die of the chip being used as people like to over lock their ram.
