Big issue with the motion detection not triggering in time. Get at least the "2" or "Pro".

Spend a few bucks more and get the Ring 2 or Pro. It is a large improvement.

Also Ring 2 comes with a couple different colors so you dont have to pick.

Yes and blink has a patented technology for energy efficient chips. Hence their camera battery lasts longer and that's why amazing bought them. Don't pay the 30$ monthly with ring, wait for blink !

I think the Ring 2 still has the same motion detection as Ring 1. I know the Pro is a different motion setup and I like it a lot better than the Ring 1 by far. Wouldn't recommend a Ring 1 to anyone.

I have a SkyBell HD. No monthly fees!

How does this compare, with monthly fees?

This is a good deal on a Ring.

I dont recommend getting a ring though. The monthly fee to store videos is exorbitant. There is no live on demand video feed either unless you get the more expensive pro.

The blink is the way to go and I would hold off untill it comes out. we just need it to be released...
