What carrier does it say at https://freecarrierlookup.com when you enter your number? Cause i am not sure but Tracfone also has numbers via T-Mobile maybe (and some via Verizon, etc.) If your number comes up as T-Mobile it is not eligible, port in has to be from non T-Mobile MNVO/T-Mobile

Tempted to do this, then port out to Simple mobile after my 2 months with Metro are done. Your basically getting 2 free months and a low end Android phone (best one offered at this time is the moto e4). I wonder if it's a hassle to get the $100 prepaid mastercard and is it digital or do they mail you it?

Anyone get the info about how long it will take to get the rebate. If we are not making payment for 3rd month do we still get the rebate? We also need to think of unlock as they changed it to 180 days from 90 days.

Digital, they send it to you via SMS/Text Message on your phone. Metropcs Moto E4 doesn't have fingerprint reader sensor though.

If you make payments on time or upfront, one Redditor said before 45th Day (before 15th day after 2nd month due date). He/She works at MetroPCS authorized reseller shop they said previously.

Nope. Within 15 days of payment on the second month you will receive a text with information on how to redeem the Mastercard. It will be NO MORE than 15 days.
If a customer decides to pay two months up front they will still receive the text after their due date on the second month.
Metro has also revamped their unlock policy to 180 days so that wouldn't be a concern anymore.

Limit one per account, 5 per household. You'll have to do this 5 separate times instead of all at once.

Thanks so much dude. I'm definitely going to jump on this promo then. I read some reviews online that the moto e4 metro version has a lot of sound issues. Don't really care for the fingerprint reader, I have the Z Max Pro and the screen glitches are driving me insane.

Yes you're right. They should give me free phone, pay for first two months service, AND buy me a couple cheeboogies to sweeten the deal. No cheeboogies no deal!

Well if you were interested in the iPhoneSE deal than the last one might of been better. This isn't overpriced at all however I learned Metro now charges you an activation fee of $10 lol. One year ago when I switched to them it was at an authorize retailer and I jsut paid $30 for first month service and tax of $7 on the Zmax Pro. They did try to upsell me and tell me I couldn't use the ZMax on a 2gb data plan, that it would only fuction on the unlimited $60 plan. I told them you're making no sense then they gave up and rung me up.

I don't think it's Metros policy to add the activation fee. I think it's just one of the many irritations of dealing with authorized retailers. I just bought two of the new blade zMAX couple of months ago and there was no fee at corporate stores. Also no sales tax for some reason. I have never figured that out.
By the way I'm not hating on the authorized retailers. Everyone has to make a living.
I think if I had to try to put food on my table dealing with slick dealers I would jump out a window.
