Nope. Sleepy with a sporadic software cut and paste problem.

misleading as this set is only really 3 tools (Unless you count the flashlight as a tool). get a ryobi set from home depot.better tools and a much larger tool selection (belive they have over 50 tools that use the same battery). also ryobi has kept the same battery design for 20 years so you can buy old or new tools and still use the same battery.some of the ryobi batteries also have a power gauge on them so you know how much power is left, otherwise the tool just stops working on you without notice,

Good deal if you don't have any tools and want to get a set. I would only buy this if you need/want the reciprocating saw and circular saw. The drill can often be found for 30 to 40 bucks and comes with 1 or 2 batteries. The flashlight shouldn't be considered as a 4th tool as the previous poster mentioned. I bought and returned the circular saw because it struggled to cut 3/4 plywood (tried with the saw blade it came with). Ended up with a corded Porter Cable that is more powerful. I have many b&d tools and batteries just FYI.

there is a master SD lowes coupon thread.

https://slickdeals.net/f/9549456-lowe-s-10-15-50-off-online-coupons-sharing-only-no-off-topic

or google search lowes coupon generator (SD does not allow linking to those sites). then you can cenerate any dollar value coupon you need at anytime. no need for SD memebrs to do all the work for you.

you get what you pay for. as i mentioned ryobi has a MUCH LARGER selection of tools and they don't change battery design like other companies. so you can buy old or new tools and use them interchangeably.

at least ryobi doesn't overstate their battery voltage. 18V and 20V are EXACTLY the same. it all depends on how your marketing wants to spin it (nominal vs maximum)

3.6 volts (nominal) x 5 cells = 18 volts

4 volts (maximum) x 5 cells = 20 volts

i get it. but the person asked if the set was any good (for $79). maybe all they needed were those 4 tools and not the 46 others that are available from ryobi.

personally, if i were to start over, i'd probably consider the ryobi set too since i don't like 3 different batteries and 3 different chargers for my various tools.

for $79 for 4 20V li-ion tools with battery/charger is hard to beat.

fast forward 5 years when you may need a replacement battery or tool and the manufacturer no longer supports that format. now you have to go out and buy everything all new, new batteries, new tools, new chargers, etc.

ryobi tools have used the same format for 25+ years now and offers 100+ different tools.
