I bought these a while back for the minigames alone. The driving is kind of crap but it is hilarious to go through the windshield when you crash.

I was in to the first game because of its reminiscence of Destruction Derby. There are track races, where you finish first or knock out the competition, and there are arena settings where it's last car running wins. Unlike the guy above I always thought the driving was pretty decent - it feels like your in an over powered, over steering, rear wheel drive car with crappy tires, trying it's best to skate around the tracks. Very arcade style driving. Then you get the mini games as mentioned above, which usually consist on ejecting the driver from the car with speed and/or precision.

I don't think anyone can go wrong at this price point, here's a decent video with all 4 games shown.

Repped, Wow, this is great, watching the video now, the driver actually flew out of the car!

The FlatOut games were a lot of fun back in the day (at least the first two - The third is made by someone else and is a different story). The devs, BugBear, have been working on a game now known as WreckFest that looks fun:

Agreed. Flatout 3 is like a throw-in. If you don't have any, it's a great deal.

BTW, this doesn't have FlatOut 4: Total Insanity which came out in March. I own them all and FlatOut 2 is the only my son & I come back to again & again. Awesome soundtrack too. We set up a lan game and bash the heck out of each other and ourselves.

I have all these except 3, which is the worst of them. This is a good deal for the other games though.
