The Smallnetbuilder review [smallnetbuilder.com] of this system ranks it ahead of the Google Wifi and Asus Lyra mesh systems that cost a lot more.

2-Band not 3 band, but looks like a very nice choice if you want to cover a wide area for cheap.

Bought at this same price months ago and so far it's been a solid mesh WiFi system

i'm a tenda fan, but this mesh relies too much on 2.4
so i would not recommend it for an urban apt building.

I have this and it has been solid since day one. The mobile application is simple and straight to the point.
The only gripe I have with it is the limited Ethernet ports but that can be easily resolved depending on your needs. I purchased a simple plug and play network switch that I connected directly to one of the nodes.

If you're looking for plug and play mesh coverage at a low price I would recommend. I replaced a 2 router ASUS 68u AiMesh system with this.

In for one!

I was about to pull the trigger on a set of Google Wifi but found this! For $100 less with similar or even slightly better performance than the one mentioned above, you can't go wrong with this mesh wifi system.

I also went ahead and bought the 3-year protection plan for $16.99. Total came out to $148, free shipping and no tax.

Thanks OP!

For me it's still more clutter than I cared to deal with when trying to simplify my setup. Another AC outlet needed along with another ethernet cable. I've been sitting on the Samsung version of this for the same reason. Have the Orbi and just ran into the satellite not connecting or pairing so I might be going back to the Samsung and dealing with the extra switch anyway.

I was shocked to see the Tenda Nova MW6 Mesh Networking System selling for $128 at Staples online.......so I put in a quick order. I'll pick it up at my local Staples store in a few days. That's a definite no-brainer...

I'm shocked that something made by Tenda actually performs well.

How is this comparing with a set of 2 or 3 Ubiquiti access points? I think Ubiquiti is commercial grades? Thanks!
