Amazon Warehouse Deals is offering 20% select open-box Samsung Evo 850 SSDs. Product condition and prices vary from "Used - Very Good" to "Like New". This is rated 4.8 stars out of several thousand reviewers. The 850 version actually has slightly better performance than the newer 860 version, based on a benchmark comparison by UserBenchmark. I picked up three myself and all arrived in better-than-described condition. Discount taken off at checkout.

Prices is $120.24 for 500GB "Like New". Also available in 1TB "Like New" for $252.06.

Available Quantity Unknown:
Amazon appears to be trickling available quantities in gradually. For example, the 500GB showed only 3 "Very Good" condition ($113.56) in stock last week, but then showed 19 "Like New" in stock immediately after the last one was sold. As of this morning, it does not give a limited quantity warning.

Follow these steps to get discount
1) Follow deal URL
2) Choose desired capacity
3) Scroll down and click on Used and New
4) Select any listing with the Amazon Warehouse Deals logo and displaying the message "20% off. Discount taken at checkout." below the price (See screenshot)
5) Add to Cart
6) Proceed to Checkout to see discounted price

It really depends on the mfg. My Aorus laptop still has a warranty.

I bought a 250GB 850 Evo from AWD last week also with 20% off. The top sticker was missing and when I plugged it in, it was a very used 60GB Kingston drive. Amazon refunded it already, but just check your drives when you get them.

Really tough to roll the dice on an open box 850 evo ssd when the newer 860 evo ssd can be had for 23 more...

I felt the same way until I saw this benchmark comparison and the higher reviews on the 850

A valid concern. I used Hard Disk Sentinal and CrystalDisk to confirm I got what I ordered. All three of my drives check out

Samsung often requires a proof of purchase for warranty claims. Again, your call whether the saving is worth it.

Have claimed 6 Samsung SSDs ... was never asked for POP. But had to pay for return shipping, though.
