Those links above don't work for San Antonio, so here's one for us Texans at the same price. [lowes.com]

Although it takes me an extra bag or two from the regular/old Scott's mulch, I highly prefer Scott's colour over anything else. I've tried HDs and Lowe's store brand mulches, but I went right back to scotts. I personally love the brown.

We always get the Scotts Earthgro when it goes on sale for $2 per 2cuft bag (like it was last week). We like the color and it lasts the season just fine; it's due to be replaced each year, but I assume all mulch is like that. It's also free of construction debris (or so it claims on the bag).

All that said, if you're only buying a couple bags, it doesn't matter much. We buy 75-80 each year, though. When it's on sale, it's actually a bit cheaper than having mulch delivered and the convenience of having bags is worth borrowing my brother's truck and making two trips to pick it up.
