Good price. I have one of these. I live in a high radon area. Levels do change over various weather conditions. Appreciate having 24/7 monitoring.

How's the accuracy on these compared to the devices home inspectors use?

If you have a radon mitigation system and this registers high radon, what can you do? Isn't the mitigation system the best you can do?

What should one do if the Radon level goes up when you are at home and don't have a mitigation system in?

Sorry, you are correct.
I was looking at the handheld one. I wound up buying the handheld one on sale at Home Depot for $160.
The wireless feature here would've been better with Zwave or Wifi

get a better/working radon mitigation system - they may have put the pipe in the wrong place, put in too small of a fan, and a number of other factors. You may simply need another system on the other side of the basement or an additional pvc pipe plumbed into the current line with another hole drilled a few feet away
