HF's professional or whatever they call it Impact Sockets actually have a pretty good reputation. Anybody know how these compare? I miss Craftsman made in the US tools. Sadwalk

Yeah, I don't think there is enough in this set to be practical. For example, I find my most used deep impact socket is my 7/8" for lug nuts.
I would just get the more complete 13 piece sets from Harbor Freight for $20 w/ coupon.

If you need both metric and SAE the 37 piece impact set from Harbor Freight is a better deal at 29.99 with 20% off is $24. It has up to 22mm and 1" and doen to 5/16" and 8mm. I've got this set and have used it fairly frequently.

It does take up space, so if you don't need the variety then getting only what you need makes sense so they aren't hogging storage space.

Betting most consumers won't be using them at TQ levels to warranty any worry but this brand is above HF reputation-wise. Still doubt you will shatter a socket with your average use.

Here is the 37 piece kit that is $24 after a coupon, well worth the price. I've beat the living tar out of these things and they keep on working.
