So you'll just speak ignorantly and only claim Samsung is better without anything to back up your claims like I did. You also say "800 nits is nothing and Dolby Vision doesn't matter". Which both Samsung doesn't support.

Good day, sir.

The active dimming zones on these TV's is what really sets them apart from the pack. With the exception of the OLED's, I don't think there are a better set of TV's for black reproduction than these. If you're watching movies, these are a out as good as it gets in my opinion. I wish I had gone this route rather than with the Samsung I bought. Just a personal preference, though.

What I do not like about these is the built in speaker/sound bar. I know when they originally shipped it was to save people the hassle of setting up surround sound, but personally I think anyone paying what these originally sold for is going to have their own surround sound set up.

This is infinitely better than the Samsung TVs.

Ultra Spectrum Color. Dolby Vision. Quantum Dot. 384 Active LED zones. 800 Nit + display. Clear action 1800. Integrated 5.1 audio.

Interesting
Though I dont many elements of this Tv could compete with something like even the 2016 Samsung KS8000/8500
Its far more discounted here than its $6K price from 2-3 years ago though

In just speaking about picture quality...it cant even come close to competiting with the Samsung and Sony FALD Tv's
800 nits is nothing and Dolby Vision is not really relevant for many reasons right now

The other thing is...unless you have some reviews?....is the picture processing better than anything we have seen from Vizio before..ie...the current P series
The upscaling and sharpness is not their with the best Tv's. This coming from a person who two of the current Vizio P series as well as the Samsung KS8000 and KS9800

Those were some of reasons I was saying its probably more in line some of the better edge lit displays we have seen in the past couple of years

Probably a good deal for $1600....though there are some deals on the Sony X930 that are probably better

Isn't oled superior? Why pay for this if it cost about the same for LG oled 65?

This is a crazy bright FALD with quantum dots. This is a 2016 TV though and back then, the only TV that compared was the overpriced KS9800. Due to it's $6000 price and rarity, reviews and user experience are scarce. This also has double the local dimming zones of the KS9800 that struggled with medicore local dimming.

Exactly. This is a righteous price on an older, but still somewhat cutting edge, piece of tech. These things are pretty awesome.
